Background check
Every WOWflag coach passes a background check, every season. Non-negotiable.
Micro-credential training
Short, practical training: how kids ages 4–5 learn, how to run a WOWflag session, safety and concussion-aware protocols, and how to talk to parents.

WOWflag refs complete a short certification covering flag rules, age-appropriate officiating, and how to keep games positive for 4–5 year olds. Great for teens earning their first job experience and adults who love the game.
